Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of being placed. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Monday.

Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days after your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. The product name does not appear on the outside of the box.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please wait 48 hours — carrier delays are common. If the package still has not arrived, contact us at support@tryzyara.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
